Our health retreat is designed to immerse you in the very best lifestyle possible. Our team has been working over the last year to taylor the menu, exercise program, lectures, blood work-up, group discussion, etc to best equip you for living a healthy lifestyle.

Each of our bodies are different, and so we can’t guarantee what your results will be. However, we can promise to do all we can to help you, through lifestyle changes, to achieve your optimum health.

Yes, massages are available for our female guests. Make sure to select massage when you are checking out.
The food we are preparing is vegan, which means no animal products of any kind. We understand that there are those who also have allergies or other special dietary considerations. Most we are able to accommodate, just email or call us to make sure.
Everything is covered in your registration except an optional massage and onsite blood work. In the spirit of keeping your costs as low as possible, we have made these two items as separate options. Massage is $30 for a full hour massage. Blood-work is $45, which includes: Glucose, Triglycerides, HDL, LDL.

We ask that you bring all the medications and supplements that you are currently taking with you, and enough for the time that you are with us. Also we ask that you let your medical provider know that you are starting a lifestyle retreat, and that they may need to adjust your medications after the retreat.

Diabetics need to bring their own glucose monitor, and sufficient strips and lancets for your period of stay (testing 4-6 times per day).

We ask that if  you do have your medical records, that you bring them with you. If you don’t have them, please ask your Medical Service Provider to give them to you. Please ask for your most recent history and physical report, and the results of any lab work and diagnostic testing in the last two years.
You’ll want to use the rooms in the auditorium basement. These are best suited for those who are either in wheel chairs or have trouble walking.
We understand that the cost can seem rather steep. We are happy to work out a system of payments with you, as long as  you have finished paying in full by the start of the retreat. If you would like to set-up a system like this, please contact us via email or phone.
You can expect a full refund up to 1 week before the start of the retreat. Refunds and cancellations are handled over the phone or via email.
