1Blend in Vita-mix, or blend ½ recipe at a time in regular blender
2Grind nuts & dates, then add ALL other ingredients & blend until thick & smooth
3Better than the date shakes I enjoyed as a girl at the Indio Date Festival in California.
4Enjoy this smoothie in a tall, frosty glass or pour it over a waffle, French toast, or granola on a hot summer day.
